Little Safeguard ("the App") is developed by Walue LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your choices. We built Little Safeguard to be as privacy-respecting as possible — the App does not require an account, does not track you, and does not sell your data.

Information We Collect

Little Safeguard does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on our servers. Specifically:

• No account required. You can use the App without creating an account or providing any personal information.
• No location tracking. The App does not access or collect your GPS location.
• No data sent to us. All app functionality — including CarPlay connection detection, your child-check responses, and your language preference — is processed and stored entirely on your device using Apple's on-device storage (UserDefaults / App Groups). We do not have access to this information, and it is never transmitted to Walue LLC or any third party.

Bluetooth and CarPlay Data

The App uses Bluetooth and CarPlay connection state to detect when you connect to and disconnect from your vehicle. This information — including device names and Bluetooth addresses used to distinguish your car from other devices like headphones — is processed and stored only on your device. It is never transmitted off your device.

Notifications

With your permission, the App sends local notifications reminding you to check your back seat. These notifications are generated and delivered entirely on-device through Apple's notification system and do not involve any external server.

Apple Shortcuts Integration

Little Safeguard integrates with Apple's Shortcuts app to enable reminders when your phone is locked. This integration uses Apple's on-device App Intents framework. No data is sent to Walue LLC or any third party as part of this integration.

Third-Party Services

Little Safeguard does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data-collection services. We do not use tracking SDKs.

Children's Privacy

Little Safeguard is designed to be used by parents and caregivers as a reminder tool. The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from children, and no personal information about your child is ever collected, stored remotely, or transmitted — all data relevant to the App's function stays on your device.

Data Retention and Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can delete all App data at any time by deleting the App from your device. This permanently removes all locally stored preferences and data.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
